Welcome to Camp Otter, 50 years of changing kids lives!
Established in 1957, Camp Otter is a scenic, daytime get away for 190 campers and over 40 staff from the Merrimack Valley. Camp Otter is made up of 13 acres and is located on the sandy shores of Captain's Pond in Salem, NH. Camp Otter is a co-ed day camp with daily transportation provided throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire.

Nestled among pine trees and protected wetlands, Camp Otter consists of 10 camper cabins set up in a village manner to promote community. Our health director heads the medical program and a local doctor is always on call. Program areas include a swimming area for both instructional and free swim time, boating, basketball/volleyball courts, baseball/soccer field, archery and air rifle range, arts and crafts, and low and high ropes courses.
