Course Description: A great race to wind down your racing season or for your first ever triathlon. This is a very spectator friendly course providing many opportunities to see the racers in action. The swim will be a 250 yard serpentine course in the beautiful Lawrence YMCA pool. You will start the 10 mile bike route at the transition area on Campagnone Common and complete three loops of the 3.4 mile bike route. The flat 3 mile run is 4.5 loops around Campagnone Common providing many opportunities for your fans to cheer you on. Some roads will be closed while others will still be open to traffic. All major intersections will be controlled by police details and volunteers. The bike is a non-draft race and CPSC approved helmets are required.
