Yoga
We offer a variety of Yoga classes from gentle Yoga to Power Yoga and everything in between.
Classes run at different times of the day and evening, 7 days per week. A full listing of class days/times and complete description of each class can be found on the website on the Schedules page. The schedule is also posted outside the Studio and is available at the Welcome Center.
Participants in yoga and Pilates classes= are encouraged to bring their own Pilates mat. Class size is limited to 20, first come-first served.
