MULTI-SPORT AND FUNCTIONAL COACHING PROGRAMS

 

Coached Group Workouts

Coached group workouts are an effective and fun way to stay motivated and improve your fitness and technique. Workouts are designed to meet individual goals; athletic, weight loss, overall health and fitness. We welcome and work with Beginner through Advanced participants.  Certified Coaches can assist all levels of participants to ensure that they are on track to meet their personal goals, as well as share their knowledge and expertise. Set your goals and let our coaches help you to get there! Individual training programs will be set up for those needing them.

Strength: This workout is designed to enhance functional strength for all three triathlon disciplines with special focus on core strength. Workouts include plyometrics, balance, agility, and core strength training to increase speed and power as well as prevent sport injuries.

Swim: Workouts included both technique and fitness work. Workouts include drill and fitness work for all distances and levels of swimmers. (Must be able to swim 250 yards continuously)


Cycling: Indoor workouts on spin bikes with cycling specific work on strength, technique, skill, and fitness.  Workouts include hill repeats, intervals, sprints, and time trials. Workouts are individually paced and for all levels.

Running and Treadmill: Based on your fitness or competition goals, you will be coached on your walk or run on the treadmill.


Multi-Sport Coaching prices: (same for winter and early spring sessions)

Member $40; Community $75 1X per week
Member $70; Community $135 2X per week
Member $90; Community $165 3X per week

These workouts are great for the beginner or seasoned athletes looking for a quick and efficient workout with group motivation and coaching direction. A great way to stay focused, motivated, and continue to progress to your desired level.

 

Computrainer
Private Training and 2 Person Private training sessions
Ages 14+

*Ride your own bike in on one of our computrainers and get the benefits if outdoor cycling indoors Using MultiRider Software, computrainer provides state of the art technology for maximizing your indoor training and racing results. Two Riders can do the same workout at their own level.

Day and Time: To be Scheduled with Computrainer instructor.

YMCA Member:
$25.00 = 1 session
$72  = 4 sessions
$144 = 8 sessions
*second rider pays 50% of listed fees

Participant Non- Member:
$50.00 = 1 session
$144  = 4 sessions
$288 = 8 sessions
*second rider pays 50% of listed fees


Schedule your training workouts and have your workout designed while watching viewing your pace, power, heart rate, etc. on the big screen. This option allows you to conveniently schedule a session based on your own schedule.
