Functional Training For High School Athletes

 

 

 

This program is specifically designed to help athletes develop a strong muscular and aerobic base to improve their power, strength, agility and endurance.  The program is an excellent way for all athletes to improve athletic performance and decrease injury potential for the competitive season.

 

The 6 week program will consist of:

  • Core strength Training
  • Stability Ball/Medicine Ball/Free Weights/Body Weight
  • Agility and Balance Work
  • Agility Ladders/ Bosu Ball/Steps
  • Aerobic Conditioning - Plyometrics
  • Jump ropes /Spin Bikes/Treadmills/Stair Climber
