With an emphasis on breath, core conditioning, and body awareness, our STOTT Pilates class offerings are a safe and highly effective way to strengthen, stretch and steamline your body, without bulk or stressing your joints. Performed on a mat and often incorporating small equipment, Pilates is a fitness regiment for a lifetime. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, sport, and rehabilitation, Pilates exercises will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized and moving with ease.

 

This total body conditioning program, taught by our STOTT Pilates certified instructors, will concentrate on core muscles of the abdominals, back, and lower body and their stability during movement of the extremities for proper strength, muscle tone, spinal alignment and flexibility that is essential for overall physical fitness.
