Tai Chi

We offer Tai Chi for beginners.

 

By practicing Tai Chi, you increase your balance, ability to focus and concentrate, devleop a strong core and powerful legs. The strength and flexibility gained from performing Tai Chi will help in anything you do. Each class includes a warm-up and stretching session.

 

A six-part Qigong (Chi Gong) set to relax and align the body as well as focus and calm the mind. Oxygen absorpotion is the key to good health. TaiChi/Qugong breathing will increase your lung capacity and help to develop coordinated breathing and body movement and increase your ability to manage your body's life force (the Chinese call this Chi.) Classical Yang Style Tai Chi (Part one - approximately 28 forms).
