Yoga

 

We are pleased to announce a wide variety of new classes that will be part of the FREE Group Fitness Program for all YMCA members. We have merged the Mind/Body Programs with Group Exercise Studio classes and Spinning to create a complete Group Fitness program that is unmatched in its diversity and quality.

Classes run at different times of the day and evening, Monday through Sunday. A full listing of class days/times and complete description of each class can be found on the website on the Schedules page. The schedule is also posted outside the Studio and is available at the Member Services Desk.

Current offerings include: Cardio Adventure; Cardio Blast; Cardio Combo; Cardio Kickboxing; Cardio, Condition and Core; Cardio Strength; Core & More; FUSION/Yoga & Pilates; Gentle Yoga; Interval Kickboxing - Intermediate to Advanced; Interval Max - Intermediate to advanced; and Muscle Conditioning.

Participants in yoga and Pilates classes need to bring their own Pilates mat. Class size is limited to 20, first come-first served.
