Functional Training For High School Athletes
6 week Fitness Training Program for Middle/High School Athletes
Strength program for athletes of all ages and abilities:
- This program is specifically designed to help athletes develop a strong muscular and aerobic base to improve their power, strength, agility and endurance as well as improve muscular balance to prevent injury.
- Held at the Andover/North Andover YMCA: rolling enrollment - 6 weeks sessions
- Fridays from 3:30 to 5:00 PM
- Meet in the gymnasium at the Andover/North Andover YMCA, 165 Haverhill Street, Andover.
- Price: $65 YMCA members, $120.00 non-members
- *Team rates available for groups of 6+
