Under the direction and guidance of the VP of Human Resources, this individual is responsible for providing high level administrative functions for the Human Resources Department and HRIS processing, employee reporting and transactions, assist with new hire onboarding & data entry, maintaining employee files and records, and assisting employees with general questions. This position is responsible for maintaining an accurate HRIS and attention to detail is critical. The ideal candidate is seeking a future and advancement in a Human Resources related role.
