The Andover/North Andover YMCA offers a variety of personal trainers who will provide you with a fitness assessment and help you develop the tools you need to attain your goals and live a healthier life.
Why should I sign up for Personal Training?
By working with a personal fitness trainer, you will get personalized individual attention to help you reach your wellness goals more effectively.
Who will my trainer be?
You can request a trainer depending on availability. We can work with you to pick the trainer that is best for you.
When will my trainer want to meet with me and how often?
You and your trainer can work out a schedule that best suits your needs at your first appointment together.
What is the time commitment?
You can sign up for 1-hour or 1/2-hour personal training sessions.
Are semi-private sessions available?
Yes. Our semi-private personal training sessions pair you with 2-4 people. You get the support and encouragement of your peers along with a workout that fits your needs.
*Personal training requires a 3-month commitment.

This nutrition and weight loss group training class is open to all ages and focuses on both strength and nutrition. This class offers:

Individual training is available for those who would like to train over FaceTime, Skype, Duo or Zoom. Certified personal trainers are available at convenient times to give you individual attention. Each package contains an initial Fitness Consultation to determine your goals and what each session will entail. Our virtual training package includes two private 30-minute sessions per week with one of our certified YMCA personal trainers. Morning and evening appointments available.
Equipment rental available for a refundable deposit.
