Wednesdays – 10:30-11:15am
This is a 30-minute parent/child class for children of stroller age. Stroller Fit is a total body conditioning class designed for new moms that includes light cardio, strength training and core restoration with children in tow. This class will incorporate exercises that include a jogging stroller, resistance bands, light weights, Pilates balls and even your child to help build strength, balance and stability. A jogging stroller is required to attend this class.
