Join us for an 8-week session exploring the fundamentals of this gentle ancient art. This class will follow the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention program, developed by Dr. Paul Lam and endorsed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
If you are new to Tai Chi, join us to explore this gentle form of movement.
