This is a 30-minute parent/child class for children ages 2-4 years old that includes light cardio, basic bodyweight strength training, yoga, stretching, meditation and mindfulness. Children will be led through fun exercises that allow them to jump, move, dance and stretch their bodies. Yoga Fit Kids will help your children develop gross motor skills, increase strength and flexibility and develop basic breathing and relaxation exercises teaching them how to calm their mind and body.
